Art Basel 2026 : Gastone Novelli

ML fine art is delighted to announce its first participation at Art Basel 2026, in the Features section. 

For this edition, we will be presenting a project dedicated to Gastone Novelli, organised in collaboration with the Archivio Gastone Novelli.

One of the most original figures in post-war Italian art, Novelli (1925–1968) developed a unique language, suspended between writing, drawing and painting, interweaving poetry, politics and visual experimentation. Closely aligned with the international avant-garde movements of the 1960s, his work continues to exert an extraordinary influence on contemporary art.
